At Home Harmony Essentials Ltd, we care about your satisfaction. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’ve made it easy for you to return or request a refund.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item within 7 days of receiving it, provided:

  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
  • You have proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or M-Pesa confirmation)

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items that are used, damaged, or broken (not due to our error)
  • Items marked as sale/clearance
  • Hygiene-sensitive or perishable goods

🔄 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or the Contact Us page within 7 days.
  2. Share your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason.
  3. We’ll respond with return instructions and the return address.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll inform you of approval or rejection.

💳 Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
    (e.g., M-Pesa, card)
  • Processing may take 5–14 working days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue was our
    fault (e.g., wrong or damaged item)

🔁 Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To get a different product, simply return the original and place a new order.

1. We reserve the right to decline a return if it doesn’t meet the above conditions.
2. Please inspect fragile items upon delivery and report damage immediately.
